نال العميد ركن / علي حاتم أحمد اليعيسي درجة الزمالة من كلية الحرب العليا في جمهورية مصر العربية بحثه المعنون ” الإستراتيجية العربية لمجابهة التحديات والتهديدات بالمنطقة لتحقيق الأمن القومي العربي”.
واشرف على المناقشة العلمية التي اقيمت في أكاديمية ناصر العسكرية العليا اللواء أركان حرب / مصطفى أحمد شحاته (مشرفاً) واللواء اركان حرب الدكتور / محمود محمد خلف مراجعا، كما شارك في مناقشة البحث كلاً من اللواء محمد عاطف واللواء أسامة النبوي.
